Hello LCCA Families, Friends and Students!
Registration for LCCA is now open! The light pink Registration Form is due at this time with the registration fee of $250. There is a lime green handout in the packet that has fees for registration, supplies and tuition. The supply fee of $150 can be paid now or at the start of school in the fall before the first day.
The light blue Admission Form for doctors to sign will be due back before school starts or at the Parent Orientation with shot records, along with the light purple ACH Form and light green Credit Card Form. Summer Camp Form will go home midspring. Be sure and not delay on fall and camp registrations because our classes will fill up.
The dark purple form is for Early Bird, the coral form is for Stay and Play and the light yellow form is the Parent Verification Form. This verifies that you have received and read the new Parent Handbook. (Most of these forms besides the light pink registration form which is due now, will be due this summer or at Parent Orientation/ Meet the Teacher 2025.)
