Mrs. BeBe and Mrs. Ashley-"Mother/Daughter Team"

Mrs. BeBe and Mrs. Ashley are a “mother-daughter team” who share a passion for early childhood education and have realized their dream of owning, managing and teaching at their own private academy in Montgomery County, Texas.  LCCA became a reality in 2016 when they opened their doors with 15 children and this year 2024-2025 we are blessed with 220 children.  We anxiously await what the fall of 2025-2026 holds for LCCA.

Working together, Mrs. Ashley's experience in teaching and administration, combined with Mrs. BeBe’s extensive background in elementary education and literacy, provide a unique and enriching learning environment for young children at their school. Their approach includes small class sizes, differentiated learning, excellent highly qualified teachers, engaging creativity, critical thinking and fostering a love of learning. Mrs. BeBe’s belief in the importance of readiness skills for children entering first grade and above is at the forefront of their curriculum.

Mrs. BeBe and Mrs. Ashley  are not only committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children but also working closely with parents to ensure that every child is thriving and reaching their full potential. They share a love for their community and are dedicated to giving back through volunteering and community involvement. They attend WoodsEdge Community Church in The Woodlands, where Mrs. BeBe’s brother, Dr. Jeff Wells, is the pastor.

Overall, Mrs. BeBe and Mrs. Ashley bring a wealth of experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to their private school in Conroe providing children with a solid foundation for their future academic success.
